I developed an invented pasta brand
called Noodaloo, the name was chosen
for me and then I had the creative
freedom to design three versions of
potential packaging branding for Noodaloo. I wanted them all to be very different in style. I wanted the packaging to be bright, bold and energetic, because with a name like Noodaloo, it must be fun and exciting to look at. Each of these variations had to include potential color palettes of the brand as well as a font that would be used for packaging as well. PROJECT OVERVIEW - PHASE B With revisions made, I decided on one direction, and proceeded to make a dieline of three versions of noodles that would be under the Noodaloo branding. Each package has a similar theme but the color is the identifier of a different type of noodle. I also made a custom box shape to reflect the unique aspect of the official chosen logo for the Noodaloo branding. This is the final result. I cut out and made my own personal window for the pasta, and I finalized the branding identity and made it into a brandspace. I think the results of these turned out well for the name, they are bold and fun to look at, definitely not your average pasta packaging that you would see on any shelf in the grocery store. I really wanted my branding to make people stop in the store.
